California grown brown rice protein is combined with spirulina-bound nutrients, energy producing medium chain triglycerides (MCT), enzymes and natural flavor, creating easily digested, highly assimilable broad spectrum nourishment for both children and adults.
SPECTRUM SHAKE provides a full and balanced array of amino acids (protein), slow-burning complex carbohydrates, "nonfattening" medium chain triglycerides (MCT) and digestion enhancing enzymes along with vitamins and minerals that are fully bound (conjugated) to spirulina. Unlike typical food-bound nutrient systems, the spirulina-bound vitamins and minerals in SPECTRUM have been specifically selected to eliminate yeast and other common food antigens. This reduces the possibility of food sensitivities, allergic reactions and digestive upset.
